Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Minneapolis, MN, for an Installer at Insulation Inc. The Installer will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and fitting insulation into designated spaces in residential, commercial, and multifamily buildings. Daily tasks include operating and maintaining insulation equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Regularly, the Installer must assess work sites, follow detailed instructions, and address client needs and feedback professionally.
- Experience in insulation installation, construction, or a similar trade
- Knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and interact with clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
