Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG / TIG welder to join a growing team in Minneapolis. In this role, you'll weld and fabricate metal components, repair containers, support mechanics, and contribute to a busy shop environment.
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Shift: 1st shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay: $24 - $28/hr., depending on experience

- Perform MIG and TIG welding on containers, trucks, and metal structures
- Repair damaged metal panels, walls, and floors
- Assist with prep work for welding and painting
- Support lead fabricators and shop mechanics as needed
- Operate forklifts for material handling
- Perform torch burning and plasma cutting
- Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
- Welding certification or welding technology degree a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
