Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour. Additional compensation: $6.00 per activity completed.

As a Field Service Technician, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on‑site at our customers’ locations. You will perform basic troubleshooting, plan your time effectively, and know when to escalation issues. You will use our service app to maintain clear communication and support customer satisfaction.

• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems using ATM error logs and service app information on a company‑provided Android cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs both indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately report updates and details of work performed, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company requirements.
• Reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone.
• Ability to perform essential functions: prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, including inclement weather.
• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage: bodily injury liability ($100 k per person, $300 k per accident) and property damage liability ($100 k per accident).

• May be dispatched daily on a call‑by‑call basis or have a daily schedule.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, or flex shifts.
• Must safely work outside during all seasons with potential exposure to the elements.
• High level of personal integrity and ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
• Good problem‑solving skills; able to pick up new skills quickly and work well under pressure.
