The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support. A lucrative sign‑on bonus may be offered to exceptionally qualified and highly experienced candidates.

• On‑site start‑up technician
• Troubleshoot installation of control systems
• Resolve issues using reasoning, logic, and a voltmeter
• Communicate with individuals who installed the system and with manufacturers
• Assist owner’s representatives to demonstrate correct system setup
• Document actions taken on the jobsite to be included with project reports
• Engage directly with building owners to assist with ongoing maintenance and service
• Perform work on preventative maintenance agreements as assigned

• Associate’s degree in HVAC related field or 3 years equivalent experience
• Self‑starter, high initiative, proactive behavior
• Commitment to customer service (internal and external)
• Perform quality work, highly detailed oriented, manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines without direct supervision
• Interact professionally with employees, customers, and manufacturers
• Operate under pressure, meet deadlines in active jobsite environments
• Proven technical aptitude and familiarity with a voltmeter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Position will travel to customer sites (majority work on rooftop units)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
