Facilities Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Pay40/hr-50/hr
DescriptionSeeking a facilities technician to service and maintain 12 properties in a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul.
Responsibilities- Preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement/handyman tasks, fixtures, light bulbs
- General tasks with painting, carpentry, and patchwork in construction tasks as needed
- Utilize BAS (Niagara) and MEP systems
- General tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed
- Special Boiler's License
- 5+ years in HVAC Service
- EPA Universal (Nice to Have)
- 1+ year of experience with facilities maintenance
- Experience with HVAC
- Company vehicle from day 1.
- Ability to grow quickly into leadership roles quickly.

- All businesses with 90% tenant capacity, meaning customer service will be critical in this role. 1M square feet, roughly
- 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday, on-call rotation with 5-6 others.
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
