Pay & Benefits:
- $50-$55 per hour (based on experience)
- Per diem available for eligible candidates

- Active Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Experience in industrial electrical work (new installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of safety practices and electrical codes
- Must have own basic hand tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in an industrial setting
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install panels, switch gear, and control systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues with efficiency and accuracy
- Follow NEC and site-specific safety regulations at all times
