Job Title:

Commercial Roofer — Part-Time (Mid-Senior level)

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

• Installation of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single‑ply, coatings, and other low‑slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of hand and power tools
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety regulations
• Work outside in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility required to complete tasks
• Climb and operate ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

• Commercial roofing experience at all levels; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check per company standards
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam

The hourly rate ranges from $20.00 to $33.00. This is an estimate based on qualifications, operations, and legal considerations.
