Our business is growing and we are presently in need of a Field Manager to help lead a team of Service Plumbers. We are searching for a leader with strong residential plumbing service experience who is interested in training and leading a team in our proven low‑pressure service process.

• Train Service Professionals in technical plumbing skills as well as in all areas of the Mr. Rooter System of service delivery.
• Provide total leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, and oversight to trainees and assigned Service Professionals.
• Conduct FMT group meetings and training, as needed.
• Ensure that the FMT always maintain clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well‑groomed professional appearance.

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Preferred:
  Journeyman or Master Licensed Plumber.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.
