The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support.

Note
: A lucrative sign-on bonus may be offered to exceptionally qualified and highly experienced candidates.

• Solving issues using reasoning, logic, and voltmeter
• Communicating with individuals who installed the system
• Communicating with manufacturers
• Assist the owner’s representatives to demonstrate that the system has been set up properly
• Documentation of actions taken on the job site to be included with project report
• Direct discussions with building owners to assist with ongoing maintenance and service
• Perform work on preventive maintenance agreements as assigned

• Associate’s degree in HVAC-related field or 3 years of equivalent experience
• Self-starter with high initiative, proven proactive behavior
• Commitment to customer service (internal and external)
• Ability to perform quality work, be highly detail-oriented, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must demonstrate MMS Core Values: driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, team player, customer driven, do what’s right, and accountable
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Position will travel to customer sites
• Majority of work on rooftop units
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proven technical aptitude and familiarity with using a voltmeter
