We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large‑scale telecom rollout for a leading enterprise in the retail industry. This role focuses on deploying DIA circuits and SD‑WAN appliances across multiple locations, ensuring readiness, accurate planning, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of network and telecom infrastructure.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with telecom vendors and internal teams to manage end‑to‑end deployment activities. You will coordinate with vendor and internal project managers to prevent technician turnaways, manage communications with store leadership, validate Bills of Materials (BOM), and document existing customer premises equipment (CPE) such as Demarc, Cradlepoint, MDF, and IDF. You will schedule and oversee multiple site visits per location, review vendor quotes for budget compliance, track progress, issues, and schedules using Smartsheet, and liaise with the deployment support team to verify deliverables and ensure completion standards are met.

Additionally, you will monitor and validate MRC/NRC expenses against quotes and construction allowances.

• Experience in telecom provisioning and circuit delivery
• Familiarity with network infrastructure
• Project coordination experience with large‑scale telecom or circuit rollouts
• Working knowledge of networking, telecom rooms, and related components
• Strong organizational, communication, and issue‑management skills
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Slack, and Outlook preferred

• Advanced experience with Smartsheet and Excel
• Strong vendor management and budgeting skills
