Position: Account / Maintenance Manager - HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account / Maintenance Manager with a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Promote, prepare, and manage Planned Maintenance Service Agreements using our CRM system.
  • Focus on Planned Maintenance (PM) sales
    , while assisting in generating quotes and recommendations for other projects.
  • Play an instrumental role in building a dedicated maintenance team and leading the maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Serve as an account manager supporting the Service and Special Projects team by assisting with quotes and proposal development.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HVAC and Refrigeration systems
    , with prior work in an HVAC service company highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, paired with effective communication, negotiation, and time management abilities
    .
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales
    , with experience quoting residential or commercial service work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems
    , and general computer skills. Familiarity with Mechanical Contractor CRM and Dispatch systems is a plus.
  • Leadership qualities, including a passion for mentoring and training team members to foster professional growth.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to systematize workflows
    , multitask, and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
  • Educational background:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    , with additional education, competency cards, or relevant training preferred.
