AFew Of Your Main Duties
- Complete daily work orders within 24 hours
- Complete work orders in prompt and efficient manner
- Perform maintenance as required to have apartments in a move‑in condition on a timely basis
- Perform preventative maintenance in buildings as required
- Diagnose and repair appliances
