Electrical Superintendent

• Be a leader in safety by complying with safety requirements set forth by IBS and OSHA standards.
• Perform all phases of construction including assessments, installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and commissioning.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors on a day-to-day basis when applicable.
• Interpret, understand, and comply with construction standards/codes ensuring accuracy and consistency are maintained.
• Accountability for quarterly and annual goals that may include incentive pay: securing new warm and hot leads, training and development, and successful safety audits.

As an EOS Traction company, the successful candidate is a fully competent electrical superintendent with experience in commercial construction, including electrical and/or fire systems. Specific qualifications include:

• Produce on-time and profitable projects with thorough knowledge of NFPA standards.
• Travel: overnight travel approximately 44 weeks per year; occasional weekend work may be required.
• Creative problem solving and the ability to influence decisions with clients and prospects.
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to proactively identify opportunities.

Education:

High School diploma with trade and/or college project management schooling or related field.

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years working for an electrical design‑build contractor. Licensing:
Electrical Journeyman or Master license required.
