We are looking to build our property services team!! We are looking to find qualified individuals to fill the following spots:
QualificationsMaintenance Lead
:
-$18-$20hr
- 2+ years’ experience in residential maintenance.
- Ability to pass drug test and background screening
- Reliable transportation
- Boilers License
- Pool Cert a Plus!
Maintenance Crew
:
-$16-$18/hour
- 1+ years apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to pass drug test and background screening
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work without supervision is extremely important.
Weekly Pay and NO on CALL!
FT and PT Available!!
