Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking to hire a full‑time HVAC Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, while also handling sales duties.

This role offers a base pay of $17.00‑$40.00 per hour based on experience, plus sales commissions of up to $80,000 annually
, for an earnings potential of up to $175,000 annually
.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.

• Perform customer visits and demonstrate service professionalism.

• Engage in sales activities and up‑sell products as appropriate.

• 2 years of technical school or equivalent experience.
• Sales skills and a passion for customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
• Professional presentation and readiness to further a career in HVAC.

Typical Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call after hours and weekends.
