Sota Landscaping is hiring Landscape/Hardscape Team Members to join our growing field operations team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with some experience in landscaping or hardscaping who want to expand their skills and work on meaningful outdoor projects. You’ll support the installation of patios, retaining walls, sod, rock, mulch, grading, and more. This is hands‑on, physical work—and we’re looking for hard workers who bring a positive attitude, take initiative, and work well with others.

- Assist with softscape and hardscape project installations including:
- Mulch, sod, rock, edging, and grading
- Patios, retaining walls, steps, and boulder walls
- Follow instructions from Foreman and Project Leads
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Drive trucks and tow trailers with equipment to job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Take initiative when opportunities arise to help move projects forward
1–2 years of experience in landscaping or hardscaping preferred
Basic equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini‑ex, etc.)
Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
Positive, can‑do attitude and punctuality are a must
Valid driver’s license is a plus
