• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial settings
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions
• Document work performed and complete necessary reports and paperwork
• Practice appropriate safety protocols and procedures

• Valid and current MN Journeyman license
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality standards

Pay: $45 - $55 / hour

Sign on bonus paid after 90-day probationary period and cannot be combined with referral program

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop and/or drive for long periods of time

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs

Must be able to work in the elements depending on the project

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Electrical: 3-4 years minimum

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)
