Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech corporate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the building perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access points and report suspicious or unusual activity; help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations through visible presence and timely communication;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and coordination with site contacts and/or public responders as directed;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation; communicate updates to supervision and oncoming personnel using site-approved systems
