As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with professionalism. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset while documenting observations and assisting employees and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting the appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, including lobby areas, ATM and vestibule areas, offices, and the exterior perimeter, as permitted by site guidelines.

+ Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity for unusual behavior, reporting concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Complete routine reports and incident documentation, including patrol activity logs and observations, in accordance with site requirements.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
