Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of utility facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization, and document entries and exits in accordance with post orders;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observations, and maintain required armed post qualifications and equipment
