Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Minneapolis, MN.

We are looking for sharp observers who can spot threats before they erupt.

  Part‑time, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift 6 p.m. to 12 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $20 / hour (Daily Pay available)

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Military or law‑enforcement experience preferred
• Previous security experience
• State license if required
