Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer! The role focuses on customer service and security operations in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. You will build connections with visitors, reassure and inspire confidence.

  Part-time, Monday through Wednesday, 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $20.50 / hour (Daily Pay available)

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them
• Managing access control
• Performing regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring the safety and protection of people and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer proficiency
• Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Security experience
• Customer service experience
• State license if required
