Overview
Savvas Learning Company is seeking a dynamic multilingual K-12 Humanities and Literacy Curriculum Specialist for the Midwest market (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin). The Curriculum Specialist (CS) will work in close partnership with Curriculum Specialist Managers and Account Managers throughout the territory. As a Humanities/ELA content specialist, the CS will partner directly with market sales and product management teams to support the sales process, from prospect to close, and to advance Savvas Learning Company products, services, and solutions in the Midwest market.
The CS will develop and maintain ongoing relationships with school, state, regional, and/or district decision makers in the Midwest and share expertise in company offerings, pedagogy, and the competitive environment. Following the sales cycle, the CS is responsible for post-sales support and activation. This role is specific to multilingual pedagogical expertise to advance the sales and services for Savvas Learning Company programs.

Provide Product Activation training for both new and existing customer accounts. - Facilitate Workshops

Offer professional learning workshops to districts and at conferences to support customer needs. - Understand Solutions

Demonstrate a deep knowledge of Savvas Learning Company s Humanities and Literacy solutions, both print and digital. - Collaborate Internally
:
Work closely with Savvas teams including sales, services, and product management to ensure alignment and support and to address and resolve customer satisfaction issues, ensuring overall customer success. - Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle and post-activation. Communicate in a timely and effective manner, providing support and directing customers to the appropriate Savvas teams as needed. - Deliver Excellent Service

Provide high levels of customer service consistently to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deep K-12 and Multilingual Knowledge: Experience in K-12 Humanities and Literacy education, with understanding of curriculum standards and frameworks, assessment and intervention practices. Knowledge of dual language programs and current research-based best practices.

- 5+ years of multilingual K-12 education experience, including classroom teaching.
- Bachelor s degree required;
Master s degree preferred. - Specialty training or advanced certification is preferred.
- Bilingual education expert with experience in dual/bilingual classrooms or supporting bilingual students; experience with dual language curriculum.
- Expert knowledge of education theory and market trends in K-12 Humanities and Literacy.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging presentations for diverse audiences.
- Experience in engaging with district administrators and decision makers.
- Previous experience in selling and servicing in the education market is desirable.
