What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop business plans aligning with assigned territory
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end-users
  • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualifying to closing
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement
  • Ability to navigate discussions with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
  • Experience in identity security or related technology sectors
  • Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft and Okta
  • Established network within the industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team environment
