Business Developer

Every kid should have access to extracurriculars: sports, arts, music, and more. Guildara makes that happen by removing the financial barriers that keep families from signing up. We're growing, and we need the right people to help us reach more kids across the country.

We're looking for a hungry, people-first Business Development Representative to be at the front lines of Guildara's growth. You'll prospect, connect, and build relationships that bring more partners and communities into our ecosystem. If you love the art of a great conversation, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want your sales career to actually stand for something, this one's for you.

• Prospect and engage new leads through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, and in-person meetings
• Manage your full pipeline in Hub Spot: clean records, timely follow-ups, accurate reporting
• Build genuine relationships with decision-makers at schools, community organizations, and partner networks
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to sharpen outreach and messaging
• Represent Guildara at events, conferences, and on-site visits (travel required)
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals

• Based in the The Upper Midwest: MN, WI, IL, or IA
• A natural drive for sales: self-motivated, results-oriented, and not waiting to be told what to do
• A genuine people person: you listen well, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly
• Hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools
• Open and available to travel as the role requires
