This established specialty-product company has served customers nationwide and internationally for over 20 years. You’ll join a close-knit, performance-driven team in a unique outdoor-focused industry.

This is not cold calling or order entry. It’s inbound, consultative sales where you evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and confidently close.

• $36,000 base salary
• 2.6% commission on sales
• Recent earnings ranged from $75,000 to $134,000
• Initial commission draw available

• Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, chats, and showroom interactions
• Evaluate customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
• Confidently close sales and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain disciplined follow-up to ensure no opportunity is lost
• Develop deep product knowledge to become a trusted subject matter expert
• Accurately enter and manage orders within ERP systems

• Proven inside sales success required
• Experience in high-volume inbound sales strongly preferred
• Comfortable asking for the sale and guiding customers to a decision
• Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Motivated by performance‑based earnings
• Professional communication skills
• ERP experience required (Net Suite a plus)
