Reporting to the National Account Manager, the National Account Specialist is responsible for managing and cultivating meaningful and profitable sales activities to ensure growth of existing National Accounts. This person will be a passionate steward, protector, defender and driver of both the product brands and the corporate brand. This position requires you to be in the office Monday-Wednesday with an option to WFH Thursdays/Friday.
You have already accomplished (required):
- Bachelor’s Degree Business or other related field
- 2-3 years of experience with direct distributor account management
- Familiarity using CRM systems
- 2-3 years knowledge of Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Build strong business relationships to drive incremental revenue across assigned National Accounts.
- Grow channel partner engagement to support product launches and achieve targeted new‑product sales metrics.
- Collaborate with Ergodyne Territory Sales Teams to meet or exceed promotional sales goals.
- Work with National Account Manager to develop strategic account plans, manage projects, and provide cross‑functional leadership in business planning, training, and marketing activities.
- Generate and qualify sales leads using the sales process and Net Suite CRM; support Marketing and Operations on programs and product‑related needs.
- Understand product technical specifications and effectively communicate product benefits while staying current on competitive activity.
- Assist in managing customer pricing, program metrics, price deviations, and distributor rebate programs.
- Oversee Custom Logo Opportunities and Special Pricing Programs/Portals for assigned National Accounts.
