What This Role Is
This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who may have little or no construction experience , but are driven to build a long-term sales career (enter progressive language).
You'll be trained to:

* Generate opportunities through door-to-door and neighborhood canvassing

* Meet homeowners, identify exterior damage, and set inspections

* Learn our sales process, estimating flow, and customer education approach

* Build a personal pipeline and manage follow-ups

* Represent the Refresh brand with professionalism and integrity
This role rewards effort, consistency, and accountability .
Compensation
* $40,000-$60,000 base

* Commission with no cap

* Clear path to higher earning tiers as performance increases
You are paid while you learn, and rewarded as you produce.
