Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (Sales) to grow our client base and expand existing accounts for the companies (Indrotec, Humera, Inginaire). This role is responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and providing customized workforce solutions that meet clients’ short-term and long-term staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and meetings.
  • Engage in existing business and determine new areas to approach for additional business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers at the sale of client.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client staffing challenges and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations to prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions within company CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Weekly meetings with the sales director to discuss progress on current leads and goals for future leads.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
