Twin Cities Physicians is expanding aggressively across Minnesota. We are looking for a high-performing closer who thrives on opening doors, building brand-new territory, and winning business in competitive markets.

This is not an account maintenance role. You will create opportunity where none exists. You will challenge established rounding physician groups. You will win executive-level trust and secure long-term physician service contracts.

What You Will Own

• Prospect and penetrate brand-new senior living communities and ownership groups
• Secure first meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, Regional Leaders, and Owners
• Lead outcome-driven conversations at the executive level
• Compete directly against established physician groups and win market share
• Negotiate and close multi-site physician service agreements
• Build and manage your full sales pipeline from cold outreach to signed contract
• Travel throughout Minnesota to create in-person momentum
• Track activity metrics, conversion ratios, and closed business
