What you’ll be doing :

As an Account Coordinator/Sales Support, you will partner closely with our Regional Sales Managers and New Business Development team to support our customers’ day-to-day needs. You will work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate quotes, samples, orders, and timelines. This role includes product sourcing, quoting, order entry and tracking, and helping resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting account growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive sales support including obtaining supplier pricing, preparing customer quotes, coordinating and shipping samples, following up on open quotes, processing and tracking orders, and initiating quality cases as needed.
  • Communicate daily with Regional Sales Managers and New Business Development to promote a collaborative, team-based approach.
  • Partner with supplier contacts to source products, secure competitive pricing and manage order timelines.
  • Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact quality, accuracy, or other customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on artwork, freight coordination, inventory management, invoicing, and quality concerns.
  • Effectively utilize Gamer systems, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Accurately maintain all relevant customer information within the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organization across all tasks and documentation.
  • Apply strong business acumen and working knowledge of Excel to support analysis and reporting.

  • High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales support, account coordination, order management, or administrative customer support
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • A high sense of urgency with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and follow up effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • "Roll-up your sleeves” mentality with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Team-oriented mentality and willingness to share ideas and support peers as needed
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

This is a hybrid-based position
, working standard business hours in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday

Compensation: $64k - $68k + bonus potential (compensation will be based on experience and qualifications)
