Job Description

Respir Tech’s Territory Manager represents the InCourage airway clearance therapy medical device, calling on but not limited to pulmonologists to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions on a journey to better breathing.

Your Role
  • Executing outside sales and territory management, inclusive of account management and new business development.
  • Employing a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections and change prescriber mindsets, while achieving performance growth goals.
  • Performing total office sales calls, in-service on patient profiles, product demonstrations and presenting clinical evidence to physicians.
  • Being an expert on Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance coverage criteria for InCourage vest therapy, effectively educating healthcare teams and obtaining medical record documentation to secure coverage.
  • Analyzing data to target priority healthcare teams, creating sales call routing, and adjusting routing to fit pipeline needs.
You're The Right Fit If
  • You have at least 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education, or clinical sales support experience; durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
  • Your skills include: staying in the field within your territory 90% of the time (some territories may require overnights); building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  • You can successfully perform the required physical, cognitive, and environmental tasks for this sales position, with or without accommodation.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can work independently.
How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings are composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $133,000 to $153,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN.
