As a New Car Sales Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted guide through the BMW ownership journey. You’ll engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions while creating an experience that keeps customers coming back.

• Build relationships by delivering a personalized, premium client experience
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles with confidence and product knowledge
• Collaborate with managers and internal teams to close deals the right way
• Maintain a strong pipeline and support customer retention and loyalty
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Motivation, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Interest or experience in sales (automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
