What you will do:
Work directly with a Sales Representative to aid in planning, directing, and coordinating the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker products to physicians. It includes meeting budgeted objectives and maximizing profitability and volume.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promotion, and sales of Stryker products.
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use, maintenance, product functionality, updates, and educational programs.
- Tailor Stryker’s promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on product selection.
- Answer customer questions about product functionality and differentiate Stryker products from competitors.
- Direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
- Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
Experience/skills required:
- 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Field sales training.
- Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
