Medical Sales Representative – Territory Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Offered Total Earnings (OTE): $180,000 (Competitive Base + Commission)

Medspira is a market-leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative products. We are looking for a motivated Territory Manager to drive direct sales to hospitals and clinics across a defined portion of the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Present, demo, and close sales of new medical devices, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation to post‑sale support.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecast and reporting using Salesforce, meeting quarterly targets.
  • Travel regionally (10%–15% of time) to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of territory sales experience and 2 years using Salesforce.
  • Medical sales experience is NOT required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently across a broad territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel moderate amounts.
