The Management Training Program spans 2 to 2.5 years and covers five key areas of the electrical wholesale business through a modular approach. It aims to develop future leaders capable of overseeing multi-million-dollar locations upon completion.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Sales, or Management)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

This is a full-time, entry-level position with a base pay range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year. The role offers benefits such as medical, vision, disability insurance, and 401(k).
