This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Estimator located in Minneapolis, MN. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing project estimates and bids, cultivating client relationships, and supporting sales and business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, communicating with clients, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with the sales and project management teams. The position allows a combination of on-site work in Minneapolis, MN, and remote flexibility for certain tasks.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Experience in Project Estimation and Business Development to prepare accurate bids and contribute to company growth.
• Proven ability in Sales and relationship-building for securing new opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent mathematical and organizational skills for precise estimating and project planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in project estimation and documentation is a plus.
