Overview
We re looking for motivated individuals to help promote our brand, connect with professionals, and support our Loan Officers in growing their business. Build relationships with Realtors, accountants, and other professionals.
Responsibilities- Help expand business opportunities for our Loan Officers
- Support marketing and outreach efforts - no mortgage license required
- Commission-based W2 position focused on business development and marketing services

- Strong business development, sales, and strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, partnerships, and networks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM software and familiarity with sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Previous experience in the real estate in a HUGE bonus
