Job Description
We are seeking an experienced automotive professional to join our consulting team. This high‑travel role requires up to 5 overnight stays per week and focuses on building relationships with dealership customers, identifying operational issues, and implementing proven consulting programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. After each project, you will maintain relationships and offer ongoing fee‑for‑service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with dealership personnel.
- Identify trouble areas within dealerships and develop solutions using industry knowledge and established consulting programs.
- Complete projects and provide follow‑up support to ensure ongoing success.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Office Manager, controller—automotive accounting, AP/AR Accounting Representative).
- Willingness to travel extensively with up to 5 nights per week and availability for overnight hotel stays.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years with no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years.
- Reliable home internet connectivity for video conferencing.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds accounting software preferred.
