Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries across phones, email, and chat
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Set up service with manufacturers and service providers appliances
  • Follow up with customers after service is completed to ensure the product works as it should
  • Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
  • Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
  • Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions
  • Use CRM system and phone system effectively
  • Qualifications
    • 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
    • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
    • Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell
    • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner
    • Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment & follow through on commitments
    • Highly motivated and customer‑service‑oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus
    • General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
    • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes

    Pay

    Range

    Pay Range: – $20.57 – $32.91 – Estimated ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. – This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible – Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
