Roto‑Rooter is currently seeking Outside Sales Representatives for our Excavation and Water Restoration departments. Ideal candidates proactively pursue sales opportunities and qualify leads provided by field service technicians and call centers.

• Average annual base salary $80,000‑$85,000 plus mileage reimbursement

• Proactively follow up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water‑related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto‑Rooter customers.

• Identify and sell opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial customers.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial customers.
• Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.

• A valid driver’s license
• Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Thrives in a fast‑paced work environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized self‑starter with an outgoing personality
• Working knowledge of common software programs
• Previous experience with outside sales of in‑home services is strongly desired; all outside sales experience will be considered
