What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Aftersales, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, dealers, and internal departments to promote service solutions.
  • Create and co-develop sales programs for parts and accessories, driving their success in the dealer channel.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and business updates.
  • Track business trends and communicate updates to leadership.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in sales or business management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a hard goods service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing and manipulating large data sets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and team-oriented skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry.
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data warehouse reporting.
  • Familiarity with sales collateral development and merchandising strategies.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer system operations.
