• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and expertise
• Assess customer needs and match them to the perfect Ford model
• Deliver standout walk‑arounds and test‑drive experiences that highlight features
• Present financing, lease, and purchase options with clarity and trust
• Close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and nurture relationships with past customers
• Stay current on model updates, incentives, and competitive market offerings

• Demonstrates strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation capabilities
• Is goal‑driven, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting
• Holds a valid driver’s license and maintains a clean driving record

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)
• History of success in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• $50,000 - $100,000+
• Salary + Bonus and Commission based upon experience, performance, etc.
