We are hiring Lead Generators for events, fairs, and festivals to promote our home improvement, design, and remodeling services. You will set up and tear down our promotional booth, chat with homeowners, and help spread the word about our services. We provide local travel reimbursement and bonuses on top of hourly pay, plus award-winning marketing training.

• Set up and tear down the promotional booth at events, fairs, and festivals.
• Engage with homeowners, explain services, and generate qualified leads.
• Represent the company in a professional, energetic, and coachable manner.
• Coordinate with event organizers and teammates to ensure smooth participation.
• Travel locally to events; occasional non-local travel may be reimbursed.

• You have your OWN reliable transportation & valid driver s license (non-local travel is reimbursed).
• You have an outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
• Ability to set up and tear down the booth.
• Open weekend availability.
• 18+ years old.

• Pay: $20.00 per hour plus bonuses with opportunity for advancement.
• Job type:
  Part-time.
• Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week.
• Schedule:
  
  Open days, evenings, and weekends depending on the event.

  In person.
