- Proven leadership experience in sales, particularly in healthcare or software sectors
- Strong understanding of provider markets and payer contracting
- Expertise in CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching abilities
- Experience in scaling sales organizations in related services
- Ability to lead teams to consistent quota attainment
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management and health technology
