About the RoleAmerican Metro is seeking a hungry, driven, and highly motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch a sales career, build valuable skills, and grow within our organization long‑term.
You will be responsible for prospecting, generating new leads, cold calling, booking appointments

- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Research and identify potential leads
- Maintain consistent call volume and organized follow‑up cadence
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, appointments, revenue pipeline)
- Quickly build rapport and communicate value clearly
- Use CRM tools to track activity and progress
- Collaborate with team members to support the full sales cycle
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and competitive, self‑motivated mindset
- Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive
- Ability to handle rejection while staying persistent
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
- Prior sales or customer‑facing experience (preferred but not required)
- Full‑time employment with a 90‑day probationary period
- Hands‑on training to help you ramp up quickly
