ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Sales Enablement Advisors support the execution of Sales Enablement strategies aimed at increasing physician awareness, improved patient access, and consistent delivery of customer‑facing initiatives. Sales Enablement Advisors focus on the consistent application of strategy and resources via guidance and coaching through direct communication with the sales organization and its customers. Sales Enablement Advisors report to the Sales Enablement Manager, Inspire Medical Systems.

OPPORTUNITIES

YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
  • Customer‑facing team advocacy and guidance
    • Provide ongoing guidance and coaching for customer‑facing team.
    • Inform decision making through actionable insights, trends, risks, and opportunities within the area of responsibility.
    • Utilize data to identify gaps and provide personalized coaching to individual RMs and TMs.
    • Promote a company‑wide, customer‑centric focus by ensuring all customer‑facing teams are working toward the same goals and applying strategies and resources consistently.
  • Outbound lead generation
    • Cold call, email, and distribute physical mail to assigned physician targets.
    • Nurture leads to secure time on their schedules.
    • Maintain quality records of efforts and results.
  • In‑person meetings
    • Manage meeting coordination and support, including customer‑facing team calendar management, and accountability of customer‑facing team execution.
  • Virtual meetings
    • Responsible for delivery of virtual meeting content, interactions with physicians to obtain commitment to refer, and secure follow‑up contact information.
  • Post meetings
    • Manage post‑meeting follow up structure, nurturing physicians to first referral, ultimately transitioning physicians to the customer‑facing team.
  • Work to attain quarterly and annual key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Provide actionable insight, contributing to the continued development of the Sales Enablement program and goal achievement
  • Relationship development
    • Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Execute and nurture custom campaigns as needed to support strategic initiatives identified by the customer‑facing team.
  • Admin
    • Document efforts in the Sales Enablement CRM.
    • Schedule physician meetings via Microsoft Teams and ensure details are accurate (time zones, etc.)
    • Manage reminders for internal customers for upcoming physician meetings
QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow‑up reporting as needed.
  • Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
  • Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
