Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Field Sales Consultant, based in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, the Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and educating healthcare providers about GRAIL’s products and solutions. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, providing presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to support customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including creating and executing successful sales strategies and meeting assigned targets
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a capacity for engaging and educating healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • A background in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries is highly desirable
  • Experience with sales technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, 幻 Science, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
