Sales Development Representative – Healthcare

Base pay range: $45,000 – $60,000/yr.

The Kipsu platform empowers service teams in hospitality, multifamily and healthcare to connect with customers through real‑time digital channels. As an SDR in the Healthcare team you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Kipsu’s growth by identifying and engaging new prospects across the healthcare industry. You will generate qualified opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social selling and partner closely with our sales team to advance them.

• Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social selling.
• Generate high‑quality opportunities and set meetings for the sales team.
• Research accounts and decision‑makers to personalize outreach.
• Consistently hit—and exceed—monthly activity and opportunity targets.
• Clearly communicate Kipsu’s value and core capabilities at a high level.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging.

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a related role (SaaS, tech, or healthcare experience is a plus).

The base pay for this role starts at $45,000/yr. The pay structure is base pay + commission, with total annualized on‑target earnings (OTE) of $50,000–$60,000+/yr.
