Join our Sales Team as an Account Manager and grow with us! This role requires building strong and lasting relationships and the resilience to push forward through a challenging and rewarding industry. The Account Manager will need general sales or account management experience with the ability to grow and truly understand their customers’ business, anticipate needs, manage expectations, and solve problems.

  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus incentive
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Friday on site; 1‑5% annual travel and occasional weekends
  • Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, STD and life insurance, and 401(k)
Essential functions of the role
  • Daily active & direct communication with customers via phone and email.
  • Work internally with procurement, logistics, operations and other sales team members throughout each day to help plan for customer needs & solve immediate challenges.
  • Manage inbound & outbound schedules for inventory.
  • Examine trends & make adjustments to processes to help customers succeed.
  • Present new programs & promotions to customers frequently and listen for unique ways to help our customers.
  • Be a “hands‑on” customer advocate within the organization.
  • Quick and accurate reporting to customers and within the organization through online tools – email, Teams & ERP.
  • Manage consistent pricing schedules that are accurate & timely.
Required qualifications and skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work with others internally in the organization at all levels in a professional manner.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Advanced time‑management skills.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner regarding our products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 1+ years of experience with ERP or CRM.
  • Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Preferred qualifications and skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Produce Pro.
  • Bilingual is awesome.
Physical requirements
  • Be able to sit and work at a computer for 8 hours a day with the ability to complete data entry.
  • Ability to make and receive phone calls.
